FIREWALL - FLAME/FIRE RETARDANT PAINT (Matt)
Storage:
Protect from frost/freezing.
Where to use:
Interior walls and ceilings. ECOS Firewall gives a pleasant, wipeable flat finish.
Suitable for all flame/fire retardant applications including enclosed vertical exitways.
ASTM E - 84 class 1 rated.
Preparation:
Surfaces should be sound, clean, dry and free from grease.
On bare plaster/plasterboard - Prime with ECOS Plaster Sealer.
Application:
DO NOT THIN.
Stir gently and thoroughly before use.
APPLICATION - 2 coats by medium pile roller is generally best but can also be brushed or (airless) sprayed.
Avoid temperatures below 41°F (5°C) and above 68°F (20°C).
Clean equipment with water.
Drying:
With good ventilation is touch dry within one hour and recoatable after two hours.
Coverage:
On hard non-porous surfaces, coverage is approximately 560 Sq Ft per Gallon (single coat).
Health & Safety:
Avoid contact with skin and eyes. Wash off splashes with water. Keep out of reach of children.
