How to Order
You can order ECOS Paints products by any of the methods shown below. We accept payment by credit/debit card, PayPal, or check. Online payment processing is via encrypted server for your security.
Online Store: This is the fastest and most secure method.
When ordering through through our Online Store, in addition to selecting your products, you can select the delivery option that best suits your needs and see the total price immediately, before you make your payment.
As your details are entered by you and processed electronically, errors are avoided which helps to ensure that orders are (usually) dispatched the same day.
Telephone orders: (864) 595-3840: You are welcome to call us with your order. We will always endeavor to be available to discuss your requirements and help with any queries. However, please be advised that:
- this is the least efficient ordering method, as it is a manual process
- you may be asked to repeat your order details to help ensure that we do not make mistakes
- our normal hours of business are 9:00 to 5:00 EST. We may not always be available to take your call immediately, so please be prepared to leave a message, including a time and/or day for us to call you back.
Email orders: should be sent to orders@ecospaints.net
Fax orders: should be faxed to (864) 595-3841
Mail orders: please mail to our postal address - PO Box 489, Fairforest, SC 29336-0489
Notes:
- Please place your order as early in the day as possible to ensure same-day shipment. Our final daily deadline for this is 2:30pm (EST) although we can sometimes still ship after this time.
- Please be sure to include your full name, address, telephone number, payment method, and detailed order requirements.
- For email, fax, or mail orders, we will contact you with delivery costs prior to processing your order, and to take your card details, if that is your preferred payment method.
- Please note that checks will be required to clear before your order is shipped.
- For security, we NEVER store or keep your card details once the payment has been processed. Written notes are shredded and online payment details are discarded as soon as the transaction is completed.
