If you do not see the color you want in our standard range, we can also Color Match to almost any shade. Simply send us an example and we’ll match it. This might be a material swatch, paint color card, or whatever you want us to match (so long as the Post Office will carry it!).
Please choose the "Color Matched" option from the list of available colors when ordering products. This will either be a previously matched color or one that you are sending for the first time. You will need to either quote the color number we assigned to it when you had it matched, or provide information on the sample that you are going to send if this is the first time.
Colors are expertly hand-matched. The subsidized fee for this service is paid only once, as your color is kept on file for future reference. For higher quantities of paint in a matched color, please call us (864.595.3840) as the cost of color matching may be refunded in this case.
We will return your sample (if requested), a hand-painted example of the matched color, and the reference number for the matched color.
Please remember that your match can only be as good as the sample/reference supplied, and that the exact same color of paint, supplied in different finishes (for example gloss versus flat, etc) can appear different due to varying levels of reflectance, and under different lighting conditions, due to the light "temperature". This is to be expected with all brands of paint.
