Lullaby - Health-Focused Paint

What is Health-Focused Paint?

It is absolutely defined by its ingredients.

The paint color for our baby crib is gorgeous! We’ve received compliments already. We made a great decision going with your product. Thank you!

Ingredients Determine Everything

Ingredients determine a paint’s toxicity, and the odor it produces when drying. Because of this, we carefully select the ingredients for our Zero VOC* Lullaby paints to avoid the harsh fumes and odors common with conventional paints.

Seal of Approval

Letting you know what’s in a product is almost as important as deciding what goes in it. At Lullaby, we provide third-party verified ingredient lists (Declare Labels) for all of our paints for your peace of mind.

What Are Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs)?

VOCs are chemicals such as formaldehyde and acetone that evaporate readily into the atmosphere and cause the conventional paint smell. They are harmful to human health and the environment.

Think Beyond Zero VOC

At Lullaby, we recognize the need to “Think Beyond Zero VOC.” Many chemicals that can cause illness are not regulated VOCs, so simply knowing the amount of VOCs in a product doesn’t tell you how harmful it is. We carefully select our ingredients for the benefit of mothers and their babies, avoiding chemicals that are known to cause irritation, illness, and discomfort.

Quality Without Compromise

Of course, health-focused paints still need to perform. Lullaby paints are premium quality and durable with vibrant colors, which are easy to apply and cover up to 1.5x more than conventional paints.

THE PROOF IS IN THE PAINT

Non-Toxic

Conforms to ASTM-D4236, specifically concerning oral toxicity, skin irritation and respiratory effects.
No Odor

No traditional paint or polyurethane odor, which can cause headaches, nausea & respiratory issues.
Zero VOC

Conforms to CDPH 01350 (VOC emissions test taken at 11, 12, & 14 days for classroom and office use).
Water-Based

It all starts with water - it's the main ingredient in every ECOS paint, primer, stain, varnish, and specialty product.
Ingredient transparency

We share ingredient lists for our products to help you make an informed buying decision.
Exceptional coverage

Our paints cover up to 560 sq. ft. per gallon - that's up to 1.5x more than conventional products.

We don’t compromise on quality and we don’t expect you to.
