A Sneak Peek at Will and Kate's Nursery

Lullaby 12/05/2012

Last week, St James’s Palace made one of the most eagerly anticipated announcements in years: Kate Middleton, the Duchess of Cambridge, is pregnant! And, she’s chosen Petit Tresor in Beverly Hills to outfit the nursery for her baby with Prince William.

According to online sources, the luxury baby boutique says the Duchess of Cambridge called the store personally from her hospital bed in London. She reportedly wants the baby's room to have a “European and traditional look” and she “absolutely loves the Notte Fatata collection.”

Notte Fatata by Savio Firmino is an Italian bedroom collection for children and, according to the site, “the Savio Firmino brand is internationally recognized for its high quality crafting techniques, local to the Florentine area of its founding since the early days of the Renaissance. The wood, ornamentation, and varnish have all been chosen with a child’s safety in mind to be safe, non-toxic and eco-friendly.”

We’re thrilled to hear they’ll be using non-toxic, eco-friendly furnishings and hope they’ll take the same factors into consideration when painting this extremely special space. In fact, we’ve offered to supply them with Lullaby Paints!

Here’s our CEO’s letter to the Prince and Duchess:
